Finally it is real!

 

I remember when we started in 2003 for kicks, but so hard to create an online space dedicated to Martin and his work. Then gradually, thanks to the success of this saga, we have increasingly enlarged, increasing the site, creating thematic sections, a forum and even a role play, our pride and feather in our cap, which had a huge success!

 

But we reached the summit in November of 2005 when, at the Lucca Comics & Games, we not only had the opportunity to know our inspiration, Martin, but even to dine with him, in a wonderful evening that he has wanted to give only to his Italian fans.

 

From there, that evening, was born the idea of enlargement, to make a properly site, worthy of this wonderful saga and our "big uncle". But through thousand difficulties, false promises, disappointments, mistakes, errors, is a long time. Too much time! But now we have succeeded! The credit goes above all and especially to Zeno Pioventini, our Wizard of Seven Kingdoms, that with great patience, calmness and computer skills, was the greatest architect of this wonderful new project. To him a thank you.

 

Then of course my thanks go to all the other directors ( "my membership" as often called), moderators and users of the forum (some of which are with me from that distant 2003 and other from mythical November 2005) who participated the creation of all sections, graphics and contents of this new space.

 

The site "The Iron Throne" (as the “Big uncle” called us that evening of 2005, identifying that we have done ours) is always under construction. Any news about Martin and "The Chronicles" or updates of the contents of the site, you will see them in this page, top right, under the caption "Latest Updates". So do not forget to visit us often because we have in store for you big projects, as often you'll have to visit our forum. Who has not yet signed up do it as soon as possible. In the forum you can participate in interesting and heated discussions on the Martin’s saga, but not all. But above all subscribe to our "Game of Throne." Believe me, those who did it have never regretted it!

 

I just have to wish you all a happy new year and, finally, also ... A HAPPY NEW WEBSITE!!!

 

Our site presents a English version too, with the intent to make our work visible and especially understandable for the foreign visitors. A landmark hence not just for italian fans. This our project is under costruction too at the moment. We are expanding for make the version operative in a few weeks. We hope that foreign friends can forgive us and wait patiently that even this work will be finished...
