Following some peculiarity of her clut, Quaithe hide her face behind a lacquered wooden mask. Able to use disquieting powers, learnt in the far City of the Shadows, Quaithe is a woman who doesn’t speak so much. However, when she speaks, she uses only cryptic but also true words.

Like the most part of the priestly rank of the City of the Shadows, Asshai, Quaithe speaks also the Common Tongue of the Seven Kingdoms.

Quhuru Mo

Quhuru Mo is the captain from Summer Islands of the Cinnamon Wind. He is black and wears a cape of green and yellow feathers.

He speaks High Valyrian of Nine Free Cities very well, but not the common language of seven kingdoms.

Following most important commercial courses, he landed in some famous places like: Old Town, Nine Free Cities beyond the Narrow see and Qarth.

Qyburn

Former citadel's Master, appears for the first time with Vargo Hoat, leader of the Brave Companions, vile sellsword company from the Eastern Continent.

He is a thin man, with grey hair and a father-like look. He was banished from the citadel because of his experiments on live human beings made to increase his healer's knowings.

Rakharo

He is a valiant and highly skilled Dothraki warrior, charged by Khal Drogo with protecting Daenerys Targaryen together with his companions Aggo and Jhogo.

Young with a lean and muscular body, he distinguishes himself from his companions by his ability with the arakh, a bended blade used by the Dothraki.

Ramsay Snow

He is the natural son of Roose Bolton.

While the father is dreaded and respected, Ramsay is hated and despised. In fact, he shows evidently both the famous Boltons’ cruelty and a more pronounced ferocity.

There are a lot of voices about obscene vilenesses that he would commit with his dirty and pervert servant Reek. The Royal Justice wouldn’t be late to go at him for those crimes… .

Lord Bolton, in order to has a very low regard, tollerates him, because he is the only possible heir for the Dread Fort. In case of a birth of a new born of pure blood, he doesn’t hesitate to abandon this inconvenient bastard.

Lord Randyll Tarly

Tarlies, a family traditionally based on the concept of honour, are sworn to Mace Tyrell, lord of High Garden and Warden of the south of the seven kingdoms.

Randyll Tarly is Lord of Horn Hill, a castle in the south of High Garden. He is considered the bravest in battle and he is not only the first general of lord Tyrel but also one of the more merciless commanders of the Western Continent.

He had two sons in his marriage, the firs born Samwell would be the heir of the rich lands, the strong castle and of a valyrian grestsword, “Heartsbane”, that from also five thousands years passed from father to son in the Tarly family.

The hatred towards that son, gentle, unsure of himself and fat, nevertheless induced lord Tarly to exclude him from the heritage, forcing he to swear as Night's Watchers, in favour of Dickon, the second male son from that moment heir of Horn Hill.

Raynald Westerling

Elder son of Gawen Westerling. He is a slim young man with a rigid posture who has chestnut-colored hair and a bushy mustache that encircle the mouth and the incredibly white teeth.

Lord Rickard Karstark

Rickard Karstark is the lord of Karhold.

Man of the North, huge and ominous, he wears a black iron mail and his cape is furry.

He has a long, ruffled grey bears and his face appears cold and sharp.

Lord Karstark fought beside Ned Stark against King Aerys and he was near his Lord also in the Battle of the Trident.

His sons, Harrion, Eddard and Torrhen, rides under the Noble House’s banner, black and ploughed by the white sun beam.

  Ser Ryman Frey

Ser Ryman Frey is the eldest son of Ser Stevron Frey, heir of the Twins, who had him from his first wife Lady Corenna from House Swann.

He is a fat and conceited man, prone to drunkenness, gluttony and whoring; even his Frey relatives despise him, while others consider him to be a coward and a mediocre man.

Unlike his father, he never received Lord Walder's education on family values.

Ser Robar Royce

Ser Robar Royce is the brave knight of the Arryn’s Vale, second born son of the famous Lord Bronze Yohn, brother of the first born Andar Royce.

Hovewer, unlike ser Andar, Robar hasn’t a particular attachment to Rynestone, the land of Royces. Nevertheless, it is obvious, because the city will pass to the first born Andar.

In consequence, Robar is perhaps more frivolous, but not for this less determined. On the contrary, he maybe looks more like his father than the brother, because he gained a good renown in many past tournaments, following the steps of his father, who practically partecipated to every of the most important tournament of the Seven Kingdoms.

Ser Robin Ryger

Ser Robin Ryger is the Lord Hoster Tully’s loyal servant and friend, at Riverrun, where he holds the important office of captain of the guard.

Stocky and bald, in spite of look, ser Robin isn’t a rude man indeed, and on the contrary, he is renowned to be a good and right commander, as well as very loyal to his Lord: in fact, although they are not many who notice it, ser Ryger is only few years younger of the old Lord Hoster and he spent all his life at his service.

Ser Rodrick Cassell

Ser Rodrick Cassel is an old knight at the sevice of Starks.

His brother Martyn was one of the closest friend of Eddard Stark and he died during the battle of “Seven against three” at the Tower of Joy and he was buried near that place.

Ser Rodrick’s wife died when she was average young and for this reason he grew up the daughter Beth and the nephew, alone at Winterfell, educating the second at the military life.

He is the Winterfell’s master-at-arms and he follows the fighting training of the young Starks and the noble scions present at the castle.

He is also one of the most reliable Winterfell’s counsellor and Eddard and Catelyn refer to him, in case of military necessities, for helping with the castle life’s direction or for the diplomatic missions and important tasks that few of the other might carry out.

Phisically he is featured by a severe aspect, white hair and a huge couple of sloping mustaches. He might seem inflexible, but in reality he hides, under the peel, a paternal goodness toward his protects, beginning by Robb and Bran Stark, passing to Jon Snow and arriving at the Lord Stark’s protégé, Theon Greyjoy.

Ser Rolph Spicer

A knight from House Spicer and brother of Lady Sybell Westerling. He is portrayed as a square-built man with a close-cropped gray beard. During the absence from Crag of Gawen Westerling he rules the city as the lord of the manor.

Spicer is a family of merchants promoted to nobility. In particular, rumor has it that ser Rolph’s grandmother was a kind of sorceress who came from the East.

Ser Ronnet Connington

An errant knight from the Stormlands, he is described as a bearded man, quite tall and heavy.

He is called Red Ronnet. In the past, he was a suitor of Brienne, Lady of Tarth. The wedding would have been a good deal for him because, not being a direct heir to House Connington, he would have inherited lands and sapphires on the island.

Jon Connington, cousin of Ronnet’s father, was the Hand of the King of Mad King Aerys, but after the grave failure of the Targaryen at the Battle of the Bells, the King decided to exile Jon and to confiscate all of his lands and wealth.

Jon drank himself to death on the islands across the Narrow Sea, while his lands together with the Griffin’s Roost returned to Ronnet’s father by Robert Baratheon, when he was crowned.

However, not all of the lands were returned to the Connington, King Robert granted them only a few territories, while the remaining part was distributed among more loyal bishops.

Roone

A novice of the Citadel. He is a chunky young man, who will reach virility in a few years.

Lord Roose Bolton

Roose Bolton is the Lord of Dreadfort, the powerful castle of the North, situated at the east of Winterfell.

He is the leader of the Noble House Bolton, one of the most ancient of the North, progeny of the First Men and for a long time enemy of the House Stark. In fact, the House Bolton was the last to swear loyalty to the Lord of the North, after long and cruel years of war.

His banner is a skinned and bloody man, in pink field with scarlet drops.

Weird and disquieting voices run about House Bolton. Seems that the terrible legendary King of the Night was a Bolton. Similarly, they say that in the deep of the Dreadfort there is a gruesome trophies room, where the skins of the slayed enemies are exposed.

The ancient Bolton indeed made capes with the stripped skin of the opponents.

In fact, there is a their motto, which says: “A naked man has few secrets, a flayed one’s got none”.

Roose Bolton seems to be a worthy member of this family.

In spite of a not particular cruelty, he is renowned for his ruthless and not merciful nature.

In fact, seems that, when King Robert Baratheon wanted to forgive ser Barristan Selmy, after the end of the war against Targaryens, Roose was one of the liveliest supporter for the death of the brave knight.

And this is only an example.

His look is apparently ordinary: he is a not very tall man, dark haired, of normal built and wan complexion.

However, his eyes hit the attention: they are pale and cold beyond the ostensible. His rare smiles are cold and only of courtesy, too. He must be above forty years old, if we consider that during the revolt of the Baratheons he already was one of the principal leaders of the Lord Eddard Stark’s army. He often bleeds, because he thinks that this operation can purify from the bad blood and fortify the physique. For this reason he is called Lord Leech. The same way, he is in the habit of consuming dry plums during meals.

He hasn’t legal sons. The only, Domeric, is dead and for this reason the heir of the Dreadfort is presently his bastard, Ramsay Snow.

The nature of Lord Bolton is cold like his stare: hard, strict, reluctant toward affections, he pretends from his men blind, absolute, immediate obedience. When Lord Bolton speaks with is quiet and subdued voice, men much stronger than him shut up. His figure, other than provoking a natural respect, easily frightens.

He is famous for his craftiness and for his aware and careful nature: Roose Bolton will never move, if he isn’t sure to obtain success.

Rorge

Rorge is a cruel criminal, found by Yoren in the dark prisons of the Red Fortress. Without the nose, of which remains only a weird hole in the center of the face, he is a pudgy and ponderous man, with huge hands. His voice is scraping and his strengh is incredible. He hates all the knights, considering them less than nothing, and he hates more all the stories and the songs about their honour and their ability.

The left half of his face is spoilt by flames, because, when they were kids, his brother Gregor push his face into the fire, to punish him for the stealing of a wooden soldier.

The nickname “Silver Tongue” comes to himself, not without reasons, but excessively, anyway: Symon his a good singer, but not at the level of some other ones.

However, song is his only vocation, because he is clumsy and unwieldy in all the other things.

One of the most strange things of this man is the steed:

in fact, Vargo Hoat rides one of that particular Oriental Continent’s animals with black and white stripes.

His company of mercenaries received other terrific nickname, due to its evil renown.

Therefore, the Brave Companions are also called “Bloody Mummers”, “Paw men” and “Nails of the Goat”.

Moreover, Vargo Hoat is very rigid and he imposes a reign of terror on his company.

his man is an eunuch. Fat, perfumed, painted, Varys is called “lord” only for merely courtesy, and perhaps admiration, by the Small Council: in fact, he is only lord of his pefidious, nether webs. Bald like an egg, Varys is very wise and not always his services give the wished results.

Walda is the second-born daughter of Merret Frey, son of Lord Walder, and Mariya Darry.

She is called “Fat Walda” both to distinguish her from his homonym cousin called “Fair Walda”, and because she’s a rosy and fatty fifteen years old, with several double chins.

Her breasts are enormous, her baby blue eyes watery and her blonde hair limp.

She has an unpleasant scraping voice and likes to wear flashy pink laces.

Lord Walder Frey

Once Lord Hoster Tully said that Walder Frey is considered the only Lord of the Seven Kingdoms able to create an army only with his related by blood.

In fact, the Lord of the Twins is surrounded by twenty-one living sons, thirty-six grandsons, nineteen great grandsons, plus diverse daughters and grandaughter, natural sons and daughters, natural grandsons and granddaughter.

He is ninety years old and has the look of a wizened pink weasel and a bald spotted head. He is too gouty to stand alone on his feet. His newest wife, the eighth, is a gracious girl of sixteen years.

The old Lord, cranky, petulant and rude, is famous for his expecting attitude. He remains ready and observes the other Houses’ movments, without risks, moving his army only if obligated. In fact, during the decisive battle of the Trident, where once Robert Baratheon and Rhaegar Targaryen fought, Walder Frey remains deaf to the numerous help requests of the Alliance loyal to House Baratheon and he moves only when was sure the defeat of the House Targaryen. To remark the fact, his armies arrived at the Trident only when Rhaegar Targaryen had been already killed and his armies defeated.

Little Walder, instead, is the Merrett Frey’s son. His granmother was the Lord Walder’s third wife. Bigger than Big Walder of fifty-two days, he possesses a fine armor with the breast made of polished silver and enameled blue ornaments.

Big Walder’s helm’s crest was shaped like a castle. Little Walder, instead, has streamers of blue and grey silk, with the shield that shows the twins towers, sign of the Freys, with the brindled boar of the Crakehall, his grandmother’s noble House, and the plowman of his mother’s one. Ironically, they say that Lord Walder cures also the sons of which indeed doesn’t remember the name.

Who is in habit to fight in war know what means having near themself men like him. Man blunt, brusque, brutal, at heart a simple soldier, men like him kill at their lord’s command, rape after a battle, when their blood was up, and plunder whenever they could.

But once the war was done, men like Walton go back to their homes, throw away their swords for hoes, wed a farmer’s daughter and raise a pack of squalling children.

Men who obeyed without question, but the cruelty was not a part of their nature.

Walton obeys without discussions at his lord Roose Bolton and he does it in the best way, or rather with much prudence where it is necessary and also with much brutality, where is necessary not to leave living trace of the own mission.
